After several months of looking and wondering if we were ever going to find a rig to start our travels with, we finally found Freda (short for Freedom–the name of our Class C). Lazy Daze are fairly common in the west, but are hard to come by our here in Florida so when we found two in the same area in Florida, we tood the 2 1/2 hour drive south to take a look at them.
This is a 26.5 foot class c from 1996 and we plan on using her for multiple trips this summer as well as several cross country trips in the fall mixed between going to see family and college football games this fall.
The most exciting thing about finally choosing a rig is now we can concentrate on the journey and not the vehicle. Although having the right vehicle for the journey makes it much more enjoyable.
